Juan José Morales – Off Counsel
Off Counsel at CENTRAL LAW in Guatemala with a degree in Legal and Social Science. Lawyer and Notary Public graduated from Universidad Rafael Landivar in Guatemala. He holds a Master in Commercial Economic Law and Stock and Banking Operations; he also has a Master’s degree in Finance and Tax.
Current director of the National Corporate Law and Real State Department.
Has been legal advisor for USAID on the proposal for regulation of social funds and public trust, Director of the Legal Advisory Department of Instituto de Fomento Municipal, legal advisor for The World Bank on the Institutionalization of the Presidency Commission for Transparency and Fight against Corruption, Legal Advisor for the Board of Credito Hipotecario Nacional de Guatemala during the period of 2001 to 2004.
He is the author of various publications.
Active member of the Guatemalan Bar Association.
