Attorney at CENTRAL LAW in Guatemala. With a degree in Legal and Social Science, Lawyer and Public Notary, graduated from Universidad Mariano Galvez in Guatemala. He has a postgraduate in Civil Appeal from Universidad San Pablo de Guatemala, as well as a Master in Civil and Commercial Procedural Law from Universidad Mariano Galvez.
Director of the Civil and Commercial Procedural Law Department. Has been Permanent Professor at Universidad Mariano Galvez de Guatemala in the Faculty of Legal and Social Science for ten years, during this time he has taught Civil and Commercial Procedural Law I and II, Civil and Commercial Procedural Law Clinic; General Theory of Process; Commercial Law I; Constitutional Law; Constitutional Procedural Law; Administrative Law I and II; Administrative Procedural Law; Labor Law I; General Theory of The State, among others.
Active member of the Guatemalan Bar Association, the Board of the Academy of Civil and Commercial Procedural Law of Guatemala, of the Academic Commission of Private Law of Universidad Mariano Galvez and member of the plenary session of advisers, reviewers and evaluator of Thesis at Degree Level in Universidad Mariano Galvez.
