Associated with Central Law in Guatemala, Director of the Civil and Commercial Litigation Department, he holds a degree in Legal and Social Sciences. He’s an Attorney and Notary from the “Mariano Gálvez University of Guatemala”, with a Master’s degree in Civil and Commercial Procedural Law from the “Mariano Gálvez University of Guatemala” and a Postgraduate degree in Civil Cassation from the “San Pablo University of Guatemala”.
He´s a Professor at the Mariano Gálvez University of Guatemala, teaching courses on Guatemalan Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and Administrative Procedural Law.
He has directed and coordinated litigation processes for national and foreign clients before the Constitutional Court, Chambers of the Civil and Commercial Appeals Court, Chambers of the Administrative Contentious Court and Court of Accounts, Economic Coercive Courts, Civil Courts, and Family Courts.
