HONDURAS – CENTRAL LAW incorporates new talent in Honduras

CENTRAL LAW in Honduras has incorporated Jose Romero as new senior attorney in the office of San Pedro Sula strengthening its Business Law practice.

Jorge Romero is a lawyer graduated from Universidad Católica of Honduras (in Spanish acronyms, UNICAH) and has continued its postgraduate studies with a master’s in business law at Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana (in Spanish acronyms, UNITEC).

Jorge Romero brings a professional experience and a trajectory of 14 years as legal advisor in tax, customs, administrative law, special regimes, corporate M&A< compliance and risk assessment, due diligence.

Romero has been a lecturer professor for more than 8 years in Administrative Law, Tax Law and Corporate Law at the Universidad Católica of Honduras (in Spanish acronyms, UNICAH).
