Fernando Argumedo, with more than 18 years of experience in the legal profession, has excelled in providing legal advice to companies of local and foreign capital in the areas of Corporate Law, Tax, New Technologies, Fintech/Crypto and Foreign Investment. His continuing legal education both in the country and abroad is endorsed by a Master's Degree in Business Administration with specializations in New Technologies Law (ESADE), Anti-Money Laundering as well as Data Protection. He has recently been distinguished in El Salvador with the “Los 45 de 45”; award, recognizing his practice and professional projection as one of the best 45 lawyers under 45 years of age in the country. He is an active delegate of the IBA (International Bar Association) and has been included in the ranking of the English directory
Chambers & Partners as one of the best lawyers in Central America.
Francisco Murillo, with more than 15 years of experience, has established himself as a strategic lawyer in the areas of Corporate M&A, Foreign Investment, Compliance, Tax Exemption, Financing of Development Projects in multilateral organizations and structuring of projects in the Energy sector. He has a notable reputation in high-impact legal advice to multinational companies with operations in El Salvador and with expansion in the region where he has also demonstrated great ability to lead teams and design innovative legal solutions. He is a local representative of the IBA’s Young
Lawyers Committee and a regular attendee at the IBA conferences across the world.
