Services as catalysts for Central American development

The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) assures that the promotion and digitalization of the services sector will accelerate and strengthen the commercial opening of Mexico and Central America. According to statements made by the director of the subregional headquarters in Mexico, the geographic location of this block offers a strategic advantage with a rapidly growing trade potential.

Our CENTRAL LAW partners in Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic and El Salvador, Tomás Quirós, Alfonso Lomba and Piero Rusconi Bolaños agree that the technological modernization that the strong sectors of the region’s economy such as agriculture, tourism, mining and natural resource management are undergoing is key. “For this reason, we work hand in hand with our clients, supporting them with our legal advice to achieve their growth objectives,” concluded the partners.
