Rafael Quirós, founding partner and president of CENTRAL LAW, moderated the Consumer Rights Insurance panel at the 8th Insurance Congress entitled “Advising the Customer of Today and Tomorrow” that took place last May 23 and 24 at the Hotel Real Intercontinental of Escazú, San José, Costa Rica.
The panel was formed by Rafael Quirós of CENTRAL LAW and Mauricio Benavides of the CIS in the role of moderators; Danilo Montero, of the Financial Consumer Advocacy; Representatives of the AAP, INS, and SUGESE.
The eighth edition of the Insurance Congress, in the hands of an interesting panel, unveiled global trends in product lines and consumer insurance.
A concurrent audience of the insurance industry of Costa Rica met for its most important annual event organized by the Chamber of Insurance Intermediaries of Costa Rica (CIS). The CIS´s mission is to join, professionalize and promote the development of its associates, as well as represent the different sectors in the development of the market.
The event was sponsored by several renowned companies in the insurance industry, including Mapfre and Banco Lafise.
