Yolianna Arosemena Benedetti is a partner at CENTRAL LAW in Panama with an international trajectory of many years and studies abroad. Current Regional Intellectual Property Director of the firm.
Yolianna is a graduate lawyer of the Universidad Santa María La Antigua in Panamá (LL.B., 1998), has obtained a Master in Laws with emphasis in Intellectual Property Law at the University of New Hampshire-Franklin Pierce Law Center, Concord, New Hampshire, United States, in 1999.
She is a member of the Panamanian Bar, Interamerican Intellectual Property Association (ASIPI), International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Intellectual Property Panamanian Association.
She is a regular author of IP articles and has been recently elected as National Delegate of ASIPI in Panama. Yolianna was an ASIPI’s delegate.
She speaks Spanish and English.
