He advises foreign investment clients in Costa Rica and coordinates the local legal advice to multinational companies across Central America. He participates in cross-border transactions and has extensive experience providing comprehensive legal advice on general business law, particularly to companies and financial institutions with business in Central and Latin America.
Active member of the International Bar Association (IBA) at the Latin American Regional Forum and Corporate M&A Committee; member of the Commission for Judicial Affairs of the Costa Rican-North American Chamber of Commerce, AMCHAM. Member of the NYSBA having been elected as Liason of the Young Lawyers Section of the Executive Committee of the International Section of New York State Bar Association for 2019/2020.
