Ricardo Padilla
Partner and Notary Public at the San Pedro Sula office of CENTRAL LAW in Honduras. Graduated from the University of San Pedro Sula in Honduras in 2004, and has completed a Master’s degree in Civil Procedure from the UTH/Honduras, in collaboration with Universidad Carlos III, Madrid, Spain (2014).
His practice concentrates on litigation in Civil, Commercial, and Labor Law. His expertise includes counseling for collective work agreements, modifications to work conditions, and individual layoffs of workers under Honduran legislation.
