Mauricio Ramírez

Mauricio Ramirez is the Director of Banking and Finance of CENTRAL LAW in Costa Rica. He has vast experience in Banking, Investment Funds, Pension Funds, Real Estate Development, Public and Private Issues and Trusts.

He obtained his Law Degree at the Universidad Autónoma de Centro América (UACA). He studied International Trade at the University of Costa Rica and was part of the 2nd Generation of the “Legal Issues of International Business” Program INCAE – GEORGETOWN, 1999 – 2000. Mr. Ramirez obtained a Master in International Business from the University of Costa Rica.

He is an active member of the Costa Rican Bar Association, and is currently participating in the Drafting Commission for the New Securities Market Regulatory Law.

He speaks Spanish and English.
