
Guillermo Iturriaga
Attorney at CENTRAL LAW in Guatemala. Director of the Non-Profit Organizations Department. Lawyer and Public Notary graduated from Universidad Rafael Landivar de Guatemala, with a Master in Commercial Law from Universidad San Carlos de Guatemala. Has many certifications in strategic planning of NGO’s and Tax Obligations of the Non-Governmental Organizations from the Guatemalan Association of Managers.
His practice is focused in administrative law, specifically in associations, foundations and non-profit organizations. He has been the legal advisor of academic entities, schools and many universities. Speaker in various events related to the legal aspects of protection of non-profit organizations, trainings on managing the internal structure of such organizations and prevention and contracting process of non-profit organizations.
Guillermo Iturriaga is an active member of the Guatemalan Bar Association and is a columnist for the section “Legal Notes” of Revista Actitud.
