
Fernando José Díaz Durán Corzo
Associate of the CENTRAL LAW firm in Guatemala. Graduated as a lawyer and Notary from Rafael Landívar University in Guatemala, he obtained a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property at the University of San Carlos de Guatemala, in coordination with the Institute of Commercial Law and the Guatemalan Bar and Notaries Association.
Currently he is studying to obtain a Diploma in Digital Law at the Institute of Legal Research of the Autonomous University of Mexico and the Mexican Association of Computer Law.
His law practice focuses on Administrative Law, legal research, Criminal Law, Computing Law and Intellectual Property, specializing in litigation, oppositions, Piracy concerning this branch of law.
Currently teaches Criminalistics, Commercial law, Notarial law and Penal law at the Regional University of Guatemala.
He is an active member of the Guatemalan Bar Association and Notary (CANG), of the Chamber of Intellectual Property of Guatemala (CAMPI) and participates in the Intellectual Property Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce of Guatemala (Amcham).
