Fernand Rottier
Associate Attorney at law CENTRAL LAW in Costa Rica. At an academic level, he counts with a Law degree and a specialty in Notary Law, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy.
His legal practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, mainly on issues of contractual compliance, monetary obligations, torts, and property rights.
He also has experience in Public Law, both administrative and constitutional litigation, where his labor period at the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice stands out.
He is also the author of “Global Administrative Law”, book that was duly published in 2016 under the international standard book number 978-9968-47-753-6.
Fernand has also performed as university professor, in both private and public institutions.
He speaks Spanish, French (native) and English (advanced).
