César J. Linares Rodríguez

Leads the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Team. His practice focuses on resolving civil cases, including but not limited to: liability for breach of contract or third-party actions, debt recovery, and protection of inheritance or marital assets. He also provides assistance in arbitration and judicial disputes in the areas of labor, real estate, and criminal law (specifically economic crimes).

He further specializes in handling commercial disputes between the State and private entities, particularly those arising from the application of Law No. 340-06 on Public Procurement of Goods, Services, Works, and Concessions, as well as in protecting the fundamental rights of individuals in relation to State actions.

In the academic sphere, he has taught at the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences of the Universidad Católica de Santo Domingo, in subjects such as Constitutional Law, Introduction to Law, and Labor Law. His professional practice is distinguished by his ability to manage complex litigation and assess negotiations to avoid or resolve ongoing or stalled disputes.
