
Allan Flores
Associate at CENTRAL LAW in Costa Rica. He has a post-graduate degree in Public Law and a Master in Environmental Law.
Through his personal development and his ample work in the public sector, Flores has become an expert in tourism and environmental development.
He has performed many functions in the public sector, acting as the Minister of Tourism, the Vice-Minister of Environment and Energy, the Executive President of the Costa Rican Institute of Tourism (ICT), the General Director of the ICT, the President of the Administrative Environmental Court, the Vice-President of RECOPE, the Vice-President of the Technical Board for Civil Aviation, the Executive Director of the Papagayo Gulf Tourism Destination; President of the National Commission for Biodiversity Management (CONAGEBI).
