Adolfo Gutiérrez Jiménez
Lawyer and Notary Public from the University of Costa Rica. He studied Business Administration at the Autonomous University of Central America. He specializes in advising companies in the areas of Corporate, Contract, and Labor Law.
He has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, having held various positions, including President and Vice President of the Technical Council of Civil Aviation, President of the National Consumer Commission, Advisor to the Ministry of Foreign Trade, and Consultant to the Central American Bank for Economic Integration.
He has also served as Director of the Costa Rican Chamber of Commerce, Director of the Higher Labor Council, President of the National Wage Council, member of the Board of Directors of the Costa Rican Social Security Fund, and President of the Board of Directors of the Complementary Pension Operator of the Costa Rican Social Security Fund. In most of these positions, he represented the interests of the private sector.
He has been a university professor and distinguished academic for more than 30 years. He speaks Spanish and English.
