Rafael Quirós Bustamante

Founder Partner of the firm’s office in Costa Rica and current Chairman at CENTRAL LAW. Specialized in Insurance and Reinsurance Law, Georgia State University. Currently he works in Corporate Law, Insurance Law, and Due Diligence in Mergers and Acquisitions. Arbitrator for the Center of Reconciliation and Arbitration of the Costa Rican-American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM).
He has received international awards, including as an Expert in Insurance and Reinsurance Law from the ILO (International Law Office) in 2010; from CORPORATE INTL. Magazine in 2011; from Chambers & Partners in 2011; and from Global Experts in 2015.
