Piero Antonio Rusconi Gutiérrez
Founding partner at CENTRAL LAW in El Salvador. He is a lawyer who graduated from José Matías Delgado University in El Salvador, and was authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Republic of El Salvador to practice as an Attorney and Notary. Additionally, he is a mediator of litigation, certified by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of El Salvador (CAMARASAL).
His practice specializes in Civil, Administrative, and Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, Banking and Finance, Corporate Law, Maritime Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Immigration Law, Foreign Investment, Telecommunications, Renewable Energy, Natural Resources, and Infrastructure.
He has lead and participated in arbitration before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and currently is leading other arbitration processes. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Banco Promérica, the Bar Association of El Salvador, and the International Bar Association (IBA).
