He holds a Law degree from APEC University and a Master’s degree in Administrative Law and Economic Regulation.

His professional practice focuses on litigation and alternative dispute resolution, with solid experience in Civil and Administrative Law.

He is a member of the Bar Association of the Dominican Republic.

He is fluent in Spanish and English, and has participated in important and diverse legal projects.
