María Concepción Martínez López is an attorney and Notary Public of CENTRAL LAW in Nicaragua, graduated from the Polytechnic University of Nicaragua (UPOLI), currently known as National Polytechnic University (UNP), with a Law Degree. She has an specialization in Civil Procedure Law.
