David Sikaffy

He is partner at CENTRAL LAW. He holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Innovation from Anahuac University Mexico and a Bachelor’s degree in Legal and Social Sciences from Rafael Landívar University. With 12 years of experience in franchise development and business expansion throughout Central America, he has overseen over 50 projects involving development, incubation, and consulting across the region.

He serves as the representative for Guatemala at Front Consulting International, the world’s largest Ibero-American franchise consulting network with offices in 27 countries. Additionally, he holds positions as a Director of the Guatemalan Arab Association and as the Founding President of the Honduran-Guatemalan Chamber of Commerce and Tourism. He has also served three terms on the Board of Directors of the Guatemalan Franchise Association.

He has delivered franchise and business conferences in Spain, Mexico, El Salvador, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, and Honduras, both independently and as a guest speaker for various organizations, including the Guatemalan Franchise Association, Mariano Gálvez University, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Cortés, Honduras, Banco Sabadell of Spain, AmCham Guatemala, the Mexican Franchise Association, Pasmo, Grupo PDC, among others.
