Alfonso Carro

Associate at CENTRAL LAW in Costa Rica. Specialist in Labor Law, University of Salamanca, Spain. Carro holds a Master’s degree in the Sciences of Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Nova Southeastern University, USA, and a Masters of Project Administration from the University for International Cooperation.

Carro currently works in preventative assessment for companies, and in reconciliation, negotiation, auditing, and labor arbitration. He also prepares HR policies, does procedures for infractions of labor laws in jurisdictional branches, and works as a litigator.
