Attorney and Notary Public, holding a degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala. She currently serves as an advisor in the corporate department at CENTRAL LAW in Guatemala.
With over 16 years of experience in corporate law, she specializes in the establishment, modification, and dissolution of commercial companies, as well as the drafting and negotiation of commercial and real estate contracts.
She has a solid track record of 12 years in the formation and management of private interest extraterritorial corporations and foundations.
Additionally, she has extensive experience in environmental law and family law, areas in which she has developed a recognized professional practice.
