Mauricio Guardado is an associate attorney and head of the Litigation Department at CENTRAL LAW’s El Salvador office.

His education includes a law degree from Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas, as well as several diplomas and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance from UCA, among other academic achievements.

In his professional career he has collaborated in the public sector as a collaborator of the Judiciary in Courts and the Court. As for his time in the private sector, he has been a full-time lawyer in prestigious law firms in the country.

Mauricio is a litigation expert with extensive experience in various legal areas, including judicial portfolio recovery, administrative proceedings, administrative litigation, civil, commercial, and much more.
