He has more than 14 years of professional experience, concentrating his practice on tax, customs, administrative, and special regimes issues, among others. He has extensive experience in corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, administrative challenges and tax and customs affairs, compliance and risk assessments, and due diligence.

He has 8 years of experience as a professor of Administrative, Tax and Commercial Law at the Catholic University of Honduras ( UNICAH).
