{"id":6757,"date":"2020-05-15T19:24:58","date_gmt":"2020-05-15T19:24:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/central-law.com\/el-salvador-programa-de-subsidio-para-empleados-de-pequenas-empresas\/"},"modified":"2020-05-15T20:13:51","modified_gmt":"2020-05-15T20:13:51","slug":"el-salvador-programa-de-subsidio-para-empleados-de-pequenas-empresas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/central-law.com\/en\/el-salvador-programa-de-subsidio-para-empleados-de-pequenas-empresas\/","title":{"rendered":"El  Salvador: Programa de Subsidio para Empleados de peque\u00f1as empresas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El 5 de mayo 2020 se aprob\u00f3 la ley de protecci\u00f3n al empleo en El Salvador por la crisis desatada por el COVID 19.<\/p>\n<p>La nueva ley establece la creaci\u00f3n del el Programa de Subsidio para los Empleados de las micro, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas registradas como patronos en el Instituto Salvadore\u00f1o del Seguro Social, el cual ser\u00e1 administrado por el Banco de Desarrollo de El Salvador (BANDESAL) y aplicar\u00e1 para los patronos que contaban en el registro del Instituto Salvadore\u00f1o del Seguro Social (ISSS) con menos de 100 empleados seg\u00fan la \u00faltima planilla presentada.<\/p>\n<p>El Programa de Subsidio para Empleados ser\u00e1 por un per\u00edodo m\u00e1ximo de dos meses y por hasta una asignaci\u00f3n mensual por empresa de $22,500. El beneficio citado ser\u00e1 de hasta un m\u00e1ximo de $500 por empleado.<\/p>\n<p>La ley establece que &#8220;mientras dure el Estado de Emergencia o las normas vigentes relacionadas con la pandemia por COVID 19, trabajadores y patronos por mutuo acuerdo, podr\u00e1n establecer el goce de las vacaciones individuales de forma anticipada, en un solo per\u00edodo o fraccionadas, y sin que medie la notificaci\u00f3n del goce de vacaciones con 30 d\u00edas de anticipaci\u00f3n establecido en el C\u00f3digo de Trabajo. &#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s incluye la creaci\u00f3n del Programa de Otorgamiento de Cr\u00e9dito en l\u00ednea de capital de trabajo para las empresas o empresarios salvadore\u00f1os registrados como patronos en el Instituto Salvadore\u00f1o del Seguro Social afectados por la crisis del COVID 19 el cual tendr\u00e1 una tasa m\u00e1xima de inter\u00e9s del tres por ciento anual, para un plazo m\u00e1ximo de diez a\u00f1os y con un per\u00edodo de gracia de 12 meses, el cual ser\u00e1 administrado por el BANDESAL.-<\/p>\n<p>En CENTRAL LAW contamos con informaci\u00f3n actualizada, precisa y con el expertise laboral para asesorarlo legalmente en la toma de decisiones en esta \u00e9poca de crisis y oportunidades.
