WJP Rule of Law Index 2020<\/em> ha sido publicado recientemente y un gran n\u00famero de abogados de CENTRAL LAW han colaborado en el informe de recolecci\u00f3n de datos que mide la adhesi\u00f3n de 128 pa\u00edses al estado de derecho en la pr\u00e1ctica. El trabajo consisti\u00f3 en dar respuesta a preguntas sobre Derecho Comercial y Civil en las jurisdicciones de El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua y Costa Rica entre otros pa\u00edses del mundo.<\/p>\n

The World Justice Project\u00ae (WJP) es una organizaci\u00f3n independiente multidisciplinaria que trabaja para promover el estado de derecho a nivel mundial.<\/p>\n

Fundada por William H. Neukom en 2006 como una iniciativa presidencial de la American Bar Association (ABA), y con el apoyo inicial de otros 21 socios estrat\u00e9gicos the World Justice Project cambi\u00f3 a una organizaci\u00f3n independiente sin fines de lucro 501(c)(3) en 2009. Sus oficinas est\u00e1n ubicadas en Washington DC,\u00a0Seattle,\u00a0Singapore,\u00a0y Mexico.<\/p>\n
