The appointment is effective since June 1st for the period 2019\/2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yolianna Arosemena Benedetti<\/strong> <strong>is a partner of the firm and a key player in Intellectual Property in Panama<\/strong> with an international trajectory of many years and studies abroad. She will be in charge of representing the firm in the Intellectual Property area and of coordinating related legal matters asked by our clients in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panam\u00e1 and also in the areas of Health registries, Patents, Copyright, Litigation, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rafael Quir\u00f3s<\/strong>, Chairman of the firm&#8217;s Board, says that this appointment is <strong>the result of the international work that Yolianna has been doing in Intellectual Property<\/strong>, achievements that will definitely will add value to CENTRAL LAW and its clients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yolianna<\/strong> is a graduate lawyer of the <strong>Universidad Santa Mar\u00eda La Antigua in Panam\u00e1 (LL.B., 1998)<\/strong>, has obtained a <strong>Master in Laws<\/strong> with emphasis in <strong>Intellectual Property Law at the University of New Hampshire-Franklin Pierce Law Center<\/strong>, Concord, New Hampshire, United States, in 1999. She is a member of the Panamanian Bar, Interamerican Intellectual Property Association (ASIPI), International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Intellectual Property Panamanian Association.
