We inform that the Government of Honduras, through ACUERDO No. 0534-ARSA-2024, published on December 28, 2024, in the Official Gazette La Gaceta, has taken steps to strengthen the country\u2019s health regulation by establishing the National Center for Technovigilance (CNTV)<\/strong>, which will be part of the Directorate of Medical Devices and Other Devices of Sanitary Interest, the National Pharmacovigilance Center (CNFV), and the National Center for Foodborne Diseases (CENETA). These centers will operate under the Honduran Health Regulation Agency (ARSA).<\/span><\/p>\n

This initiative establishes three specialized centers to improve the management, regulation, oversight, control, and monitoring of health-related matters in their respective fields. It is expected that this new organizational and administrative model will facilitate more efficient handling of issues related to technovigilance, pharmacovigilance, and foodborne diseases in Honduras.<\/span><\/p>\n
