It is established by agreement or national legislation and owed by an employer to a worker under a written or verbal employment contract for work performed or to be performed, or for services rendered or to be rendered. This term was adopted through Convention No. 95 concerning the Protection of Wages, adopted by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and ratified by Honduras on February 12, 1960.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>SECOND<\/strong>:\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the Labor Code of Honduras, Article 381 defines the minimum wage as: \u201cthe amount every worker is entitled to receive to meet their normal needs and those of their family in the material, moral, and cultural sense.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>THIRD<\/strong>: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By Executive Agreement No. SETRAS-109-2024, dated February 27, 2024, published in the official journal &#8220;La Gaceta&#8221; under edition No. 36,491, dated March 21, 2024, the adjustment to the
