CENTRAL LAW in Honduras has incorporated Jose Romero as new senior attorney in the office of San Pedro Sula strengthening its Business Law practice.<\/p>\n

Jorge Romero is a lawyer graduated from Universidad Cat\u00f3lica of Honduras (in Spanish acronyms, UNICAH) and has continued its postgraduate studies with a master\u2019s in business law at Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica Centroamericana (in Spanish acronyms, UNITEC).<\/p>\n

Jorge Romero brings a professional experience and a trajectory of 14 years as legal advisor in tax, customs, administrative law, special regimes, corporate M&A< compliance and risk assessment, due diligence.<\/p>\n

Romero has been a lecturer professor for more than 8 years in Administrative Law, Tax Law and Corporate Law at the Universidad Cat\u00f3lica of Honduras (in Spanish acronyms, UNICAH).<\/p>\n
