She is a graduate lawyer from the Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda (LL.B., 2003) and has obtained a Master in Business and Maritime Law at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Spain in 2004; a Master in Law and Economics at Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Bologna Italy and Universit\u00e9 Paul C\u00e9zanne Aix Marseille III France in 2005. Her practice is focused in Corporate Commercial Law, Maritime Law, Banking and Finance Law, Environmental Law, Real Estate &amp; Property Law, Labour and Immigration.<\/p><p>She is a regular author of articles promoting the Panamanian trade such as \u201cExpansion of the Panama Canal,\u201d (2004) and \u201cThe Role and Impact of the Middleman in Alternative Dispute Resolutions\u201d.<\/p><p>Ana
