Marcela Aguilar
Senior Associate of CENTRAL LAW ´s office in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Graduate lawyer from the Catholic University of Honduras UNICAH with a Master’s Degree in Law and International Business from the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO).
Her professional experience has been developed working in banks, private companies and through consultancies in private and public entities. Her practice is focused in civil, environmental, administrative, tax, foreign trade, maritime, contracts, compliance and specific advice on regulatory matters for the sectors of telecommunications and energy, among others.
Mrs Aguilar has training in Conciliators and Arbitration of the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of the CCIT, Honduras; Diplomas in Labor and Tax Law, and others of interest for the updating of topics related to the exercise of the profession.
