José Magdaleno Molina Martínez
Associate of CENTRAL LAW in El Salvador. His practice specializes in Tax Law with more than thirty years of professional experience in internal taxation, conducting and conducting tax audits and validating criteria for the imposition of fines and supplementary taxes as a result of auditing processes carried out by the Directorate General of Internal Taxes.
José holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting, authorized by the Public Accounting and Audit Profession Surveillance Council, whose professional practice has been developed in both the public and private sectors, serving high-level strategic positions for more than twenty years within the Directorate-General for Internal Taxes, Sub-Directorate of Great Taxpayers, and Court of Appeals for Internal and Customs Taxes. His most recent experience has been in an Accounting and Audit Firm resolving tax disputes at administrative headquarters, and conducting accounting experts. José is currently a Partner of the Salvadoran Institute of Public Accountants.
