Gustavo Noyola

Gustavo Noyola is a Notary Public and attorney graduated from the Francisco Marroquín University in Guatemala, and he has a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property from the University of San Carlos in Guatemala. Additionally, he has diplomas in Intellectual Property from the University of San Carlos in Guatemala and Alternative Conflict Resolution Methods with a specialization in Arbitration from the School of Post-Graduate Studies of the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences of the University of San Carlos in Guatemala; and in the Commission of Conflict Resolution from the Chamber of Industry of Guatemala and the National Committee of ICC-Guatemala. Additionally, he attended the Seminar for Economic Analysis an International Regulation of Patents and Brands at the Francisco Marroquín University.

Noyola is currently the President of the Guatemalan-Salvadoran Commercial and Industrial Association (ACIGS). He is a member of the Bar and Notary Association of Guatemala; the Pan-American Intellectual Property Association (ASIPI), where he is part of the Framework Committee; the International Association (INTA), where he is a member of the committee in charge of relations with the framework office; the Constitutional Defense Center (Cedecon); and the Intellectual Property Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM).

Mr. Noyola is the author of different publications about Intellectual Property, and he participates in the events of INTA and ASIPI annually.
