Daniela Vargas Acuña

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
From 2015 to 2020 practice in LEXPENAL Attorneys as a para legal – initially – and, afterwards, as an attorney specializing in criminal cases under the tutelage of MSc. J. Federico Campos C. 

Prior to this, with functions in the Costa Rican Legislative Assembly in the year 2014, with an internship with Dr. Carlos Arguedas Ramírez (Congressman and former Magistrate for the Costa Rican Constitutional Court), member of the Commission of Legal and Constitutional Issues.

UNIVERSITY EDUCATION:
Law studies in the University of Costa Rica, obtaining a Law Degree in 2017.

Also, between the years 2017 and 2018, studies undertaken in the Universitat de Barcelona and Universitat Pompeu Fabra in the city of Barcelona, Spain, obtaining a Masters Degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences (annual edition).
