
Avil Ramírez Mayorga
Lawyer and Notary Public graduated with a Law Degree from the Universidad Centroamericana (UCA) and has an LLM with a Mention in Business Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC).
In his professional practice, he has dedicated himself to corporate advice to both domestic and international clients, particularly in the areas of energy, telecommunications, intellectual property, entrepreneurship, and commercial, among others.
He has devoted himself to academic research and publication in journals such as the Revista de Derecho of the Universidad Centroamericana and AmCham’s Doing Business. Likewise, he has also collaborated on reports from various international organizations such as the World Bank or the World Justice Project. He has also provided pro-bono services to social causes led by foundations such as the Vance Center’s Pro-Bono Foundation or ThomsonReuters.
He speaks spanish, english, and portuguese.
