Working experience includes working in recognized law firms in Costa Rica, Brazil and Spain such ÉCIJA, GARRIGUES, AGUILAR CASTILLO LOVE, FACIO & CAÑAS, SOUZA CESCON.
Former Partner in charge of the regional Competition Law Practice. ÉCIJA Costa Rica; Associate General Counsel in charge of corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, stock and corporate governance matters, tax and labor litigation and drafting financial and information technology contracts, among others. FIFCO; Experience in mergers and acquisitions in South America. Participation in acquisition processes, including due diligence processes; Experience in mergers and acquisitions in Central America.
