CENTRAL LAW has promoted senior associate Tomás Quirós Jimenez to partner in Costa Rica expanding its partnership in 2018 and strengthening its Corporate M&A and Banking & Finance practice. The promotion will be effective June 1st  2018.

Quirós Jiménez specializes in corporate and finance; he has extensive experience providing comprehensive legal advice on general business law, particularly advising companies and financial institutions with business in Costa Rica and in other countries within the region.

Chair of the Board, Rafael Quirós, says that the firm has worked hard to position itself as a leading firm in corporate law and he adds “Quirós Jimenez` s promotion is part of our strategy to maintain our leadership in this field and he has a very valuable expertise,” while highlighting his academic background which includes a recent LLM at Columbia Law School (2017 graduate).
